2. Select the trading account you would like to top up, as well as the deposit amount, then click Continue.

3. A transaction summary is presented; click Confirm Payment to continue.

4. Complete the form with information including:

a. Bank name
b. Bank account number

Click Pay once the information is entered.

5. You will be redirected to a page with further instructions to follow to complete the deposit action. Please see the warning below for more.
 

To complete the deposit, a timeframe of 20 minutes is given to submit proof of payment. To ensure success, make sure the amount requested in your PA matches exactly the amount paid, the bank transfer includes the Transaction ID in the reference, and that the proof of payment is valid and readable.

Withdraw with offline bank transfer

1. Choose Offline Bank Transfer in the Withdrawal section of your Personal Area.

2. Select the trading account you would like to withdraw funds from and specify the withdrawal amount in PKR currency. Click Next.

3. A summary of the transaction will be shown. Enter the verification code sent to you either by email or SMS depending on your Personal Area security type. Click Confirm.


4. Complete the form with information including:

1. Select the bank from the dropdown menu
2. Bank account holder’s name
3. Bank account number (IBAN)

Click Confirm once the information is entered.

5. A confirmation page will let you know that the withdrawal action is complete and the funds are being processed.
